Over-Evolution!

The point of this deck is to evolve your pokemon as fast and easy as possible. Most of the evolutions are water, but it is important to have the grass in there to counter any damage done to water. The Bills and Pokedexs are extremely important, for they enable you to get the evolution cards more
easily. If you want this even more you could take a Stage 1 card out to put in another Bill.
