Yo Pojo this is the second version of a rather weird deck that I made (don't a
sk why it's called Screecher, just is, no reason really).  It is fighting and
colorless and kind of a stall deck but kind of a speed deck.  Here it is:

Pokemon (13)
3x Hitmonchan
3x Lickitung (I love this guy for stalling)
4x Dratini
3x Dragonair (Hyper beam rules)

Energy (20)
17x Fighting Energy
3x Double-Colorless Energy

Trainers (27)
4x Energy Removal
3x Switch
3x Gust of Wind
3x Potion
3x Pokemon Center
3x Plus Power
3x Bill
2x Computer Search
2x Super Energy Removal
1x Professor Oak

The Tourney was best 2/3.
Round 1: Against Michael who was playing a really good fire/psychic deck.
Game 1: He started out with (sniff sniff) a Clefairy, and I started out with
a Hitmonchan.  First turn kill.  Then he brings up a Mr. Mime.  I switch
Hitmonchan with the Dratini (psy resistance) on my bench and energy removal
him the next two turns.  Then I put down a double-colorless on dratini and
evolve to dragonair!  Hyper beam plus energy removals kill two Mr.Mimes, an
Alakazam, and his Charmeleon I kill with my Hitmonchan.  I take 6 prizes, he
takes none!
Game 2: Similar to the first except I start out with plenty of awesome
trainers in my hand, he starts out with charmander.  Hitmonchan kills all of
his fire pokemon:  Charmander, Charmeleon (never gets Charizard out), and
Magmar.  Then he kills my two Hitmonchans with a Kadabra, and then evolves.
I bring up Dragonair and kill everything else with psy resistance.
1-0

Round 2: Against Andrew, who plays psy/electric.  I've played him before.
Game 1:  He starts out with voltorb, me with lickitung.  I switch lickitung
with my benched hitmonchan for first turn kill.  Then he brings up his Dodrio
for stalling.  I get a Dragonair on my bench and gust of wind up his
Alakazam, and switch it with my hitmonchan.  Alakazam bites the dust, and all
of his benched have damage because of damage swap.  Dodrio I kill with an
energy removal, then hyper beam, and keep gust of winding him up and doing
slam.  Finally he kills dragonair with electrode, and my Lickitung too, but
the Hitmonchan kills it and all he has is a Jynx and an energy shortage, end
of story.
Game 2: This time, he starts out with all abras and nothing else!  I start
out with dratini.  Dratini takes them all out with (sniff) pound.
2-0

Round 3: I forget his name, but I know he was playing all colors.
Game 1: He has an energy shortage, and I have energy removals and dragonair.
End of story.
Game 2:  He gets out an arcanine and kills dragonair with a gust of wind
early, but I kill arcanine with a few Special punches/plus powers.  Then he
brings up Beedrill and kills Hitmonchan, but I get out another dragonair and
beedrill dies.  All he has left is a magnemite, and Dragonair kills that with
slam/plus power.
3-0

Round 4:  Sigh....against the almight Brad, playing Wiggly-Hay.
Game 1:  He starts out with hitmonchan, and I keep flipping tails.  Weakness
goes against me, he dies.  I bring out Dragonair but he energy removals it
and dragonair dies to energy removals/special punch.  I bring up my
hitmonchan and kill his but he gets scyther out, and i have no other
pokemon....i lose.
Game 2: Ha!  He has energy shortage, and once again, i have dragonair.  This
time i pull the victory.
Game 3:  He starts out with about four energy removals, and I draw a
Hitmonchan as my pokemon, him scyther, and I have nothing else.  I lose!!!!
3-1

I placed second though, and got some Japanese Gym Leader Boosters (I love to
play Japanese Decks against my friends).  I got Misty's Gyarados and
Sabrina's Gengar (Awesome).
