Ya know, they might as well make an outlaw Miroku what with all the conartist work he does.

Looting isn't too bad. I mean, free jewel shard. You just need 6 Outlaws out. Yes, Bandit's Hideout could helps as could a few other cards.
However, I really don't see this being a huge advantage or horribly useful.

Card Text: If you control at least 6 Outlaws, you may steal a jewel shard. You can only play 1 LOOTING a turn.

4th day in Outlaw week and we’re still not done yet. Today’s card is Looting. This card could make up winning games much faster and its condition of having 6 Outlaws in control is not an impossible thing to accomplish cause of cards like Retreat and Kagome Outlaw boss which makes saving character an easy feat. I myself do not use this card cause of better events to use, but there are times where I wished I did. Outlaws have a serious problem which is colors. All outlaws have the same colors and that sometimes leads to having colors locks and not being able to attack. I have had games in which I can do 5-6 direct hit but cant due to lack of having right color or having whirlwind in hand. Having this card during those times could lead to at least steal a shard to finish them off or at least be closer to it. Other than that this card really has no real purpose. Outlaw already can easily swarm the field so not really needed.

Review: 3/5 <(-.-)>

Good in theory but very situational and waste of an event more or less
