Chibi decks, beware!

School hallway makes any and all color nadda, zip, zero. Decks with characters that work off of effects or their already huge color will love playing this card and watching that 15 purple your opponent had go to 5 or 2. Decks based off of boosting colors like chibis or item decks will not like to see this hit play as it'll make things very difficult for them. Of course, this also works against you in case you draw your On The Move or Jewel Half-Completed, so you'll have to change your deck to compensate.

Rating
3.7/5 This card I see having quite a bit of possibilities.

This is causing quite a stir in the world of Inuyasha. people have speculated on erratas or bans to weaken the Chibis. This card can single-handedly shut down a Chibi deck. With them unable to raise their colors in any way, they'll only be able to snipe at your opponent's big characters, and with them no longer at gargantuan color levels, your opponent will be able to smack these things pretty hard. It can also work against any other deck that relies on raising the colors of its characters, or lowering, in the case of Insect 3 swarm. True your opponent can tech. in stuff to get rid of this, but they better hope and pray to draw it and survive in the mean time. Also, people with Chibi decks have never had to Kaitou in location removal before, so at first, this might go unimpeded.

Another way that might be less focused on to use this card, is to use it in a deck that doesn't rely on raising colors at all, whereas most decks raise colors in some way with one or two cards, a deck using no modifiers would love to abuse this. Keep in mind that this would stop all of the defensive events except for What Are You Doing?(And others, but those are the ones that have an effect other than modifying colors to get your character higher.

Pros:
+Shuts down all modifier decks
+Makes What Are You Doing? the only event that can stop an attack.

Cons:
-Shuts down your modifiers as well.
-Your On the Move and other modifiers don't work.

Casual:2.5/5
Non-modifier deck:4/5
Kaitou against heavy modifier:4.5/5
Art:2/5 meh, school is scary, but this is nothing. Though the empty halls in broad daylight is creepy.
