Justin Balatbat Kohaku, Timeless Champion

I love this out of all of the champions. I could pull off an awesome combo with this card, even though it's going to take more than 4 or 5 cards. First, you have this one in the field. Add Sango's Father and Slayer, Axe Wielder. Pop a few items on all 3, or something *optional*. Then, when the battle begins, play A Friendly Conversation. In case, have a Halt! in your hand...but anyway, I love this trick so much. But of course, he is still alright, even with the power up. Without actually using that combo, it's still good, but only for Kaitou Decks; so at least you would be able to prepare yourself. Good luck with that card.

Casual Play: 3/5
Tournament Play: 2.5/5 You won't see this much in play because there are a few decks that would actually have non-unique Demons
Slayer Deck with the combo: 4/5
Slayer Deck without the combo: 3/5 He is still pretty strong
Slayer Kaitou Deck: 4/5 Be prepared

Art: 3/5 It's pretty plain

Kohaku, TC

For a 3 drop, he's pretty stable. That's really all. I mean, he isn't bad.
He can ready sango, protects slayers from demon swarms and your slayers'
attacks can't be stopped. All that put together, Kohaku isn't a game winner. He's a game solidifier. He puts the extra nail in the coffin to solidify your victory.

Rating: 2.5/5

Kohaku, Timeless Champion.
Decent stats for his cost of 3, not great but decent. His effects are obviously Slayer based, as they always have been, and can be helpful. His power up readies your Sango, who will usually be out in a Slayer deck. The first effect after that is that he prevents your opponent`s non-unique demons from attacking your slayers(while he is readied I think), this can work great against decks with lots of demon swarm, other-wise, with it only being for non-unique demons, this won`t help too often. His last effect stops your opponent`s effects from keeping your slayers from attacking, as long as Sango is out. This might help against decks that rely on having one

character protected, (I`m looking at you, Inuyasha and Kagome) in which case

this will make for much less agrivation on your part, although your opponent

will be hitting this hard in that situation. Overall, nice in Slayers, nowhere else, obviously.
Casual:2.8/5
Tournament:3.5/5(Slayer)
Art:2/5 meh
