Reviewing a bad card again...
There are plenty of better Kogas out there. Koga, the Furious, Koga Hidden, Koga, Protector of Kagome, Kogas with Wolf in the title, and so forth...

It's great that you can double attack with him, but the cost is stiff. Bankotsu requires two discards, though he has to do that immediately after defeating a character. Koga removes 2 Good characters, restricting the decks he can be used in. His colors are decent but nothing to be excited about in an environment filled with 7 6 4 characters.

Bottom line: He CAN be useful, but other Kogas, IMO, are just bottom line more useful.

Koga, Inuyasha's Rival

I'm really not a fan of this card. This card is made for a Team Inuyasha or Good Character deck which isn't where most Kogas end up. At stable colors, his effect isn't very impressive. Yes, it has the potential to untap and attack 2-3 extra times in a turn. However, you're removing 2 Good characters from your hand. If you have extra characters in hand, it'll usually be 2-3 tops. Also, that limits who you can save. Not a fan. Not a fan at all.

Rating: 2/5

Koga, Inuyasha`s Rival
First of all, it doesn`t have wolf in the title, so wolf decks will be dismissing this right away. On to the effect, once per turn you can remove two good characters from your hand to ready Koga. A hefty and specific cost

for a pretty good effect. However, you would really need to run this in a good deck to be able to meet the cost consistently, and even if you do, since you`re running him you are cutting out other possibly vital cards, such as trimming the number of copies of other characters, making this cost all the more costly, and you might need those two good characters you had in

hand to save ones in play. I guess it could work well, and don`t get me wrong I love being able to do a second attack with a character, but for this

cost, and with this character, I`m not too eager. That and his stats are only barely decent for a 4 cost.
Casual:3/5(against only casual players who aren`t too difficult, the cost is

easier to work with)
Tournament:2.5/5(add maybe .5 if in a good deck, I might be too critical, but I just don`t like this Koga too much.)
Art:2/5 meh, junk food.
