Here is the controversial Hitmonchan Best #2 Promo card. This was supposed to be a reprint of the base set Hitmonchan. It is except for the change in HP from 70 to 60. WOTC has said that it should have been 70. They say play the cards as is. So the promo card has 60 HP and the base card has 70 HP. Both are legal for playing!
