Not too much news this week, but most of the locations for the West Coast
STS Qualifiers are now postedon Wizards' site. Also, there will be
no "Victory Road" season for Year 2 of Pokemon League, but Year
3 will be just around the corner and sounds like it will be interesting to
say the least.
Finally, MT_Mike squashes a rumor currently going around about a reverse-holo
Charizard promo in the near future (there won't be one, sorry).

population density, and whether we have a qualified Tournament Organizer
in
that area. Due to budgetary limitations we can't hold these events
everywhere. Unfortunately less populated areas without qualified
organizers
won't get them."

that we
can't afford trips for every Pokemon player that would want to fly free to
San Diego. Since we have limited resources (its FREE AFTER ALL) we chose
to
give them to the younger players that have a much harder time getting
there.
The STS is a HUGE FREE event for ALL AGES>"
