The Magikarp won't hold your Gyrados so you need one or 2
more. Add a Poliwag  or two and then another Poliwhirl. Take 
out that Mewtwo because Jynx is better, but
you'll need the room. The Alakazaam isn't needed that much
since his attack is weaker than Kadabra's and it seems you
don't have a major theme of healing. The Gastlys are almost
worthless unless you're really lucky. Add some Psychic
energy.
