Pokemon 26:
4 Electabuzz
4 Voltorb
3 Electrodes (2 Normal, 1 Jungle)
3 Pikachu ( 1 Normal, 2 Jungle)
2 Raichu
3 Eevee
2 Jolteon
3 Doduo
2 Dodrio
<<This deck is very organized ratio wise. You have some great hitters in
here but you don't need 3-2 on dodrio. Dodrio isn't good at attacking and
should be used only for its pokemon power.>>

Energy 21:
20 Electric
1 Double-Colorless
<<Pretty good but you'll need a couple more 21 doesn't cut it.>>

Trainers
3 Bill
2 Oak
2 Defender
2 Energy Removal
2 Potion
1 Super Potion
<<This is a great mix of trainers! I would recommend some finders but you
don't really need them seeing how many of most of your Pokemon evos you
have.>>

Strategy:
The strategy is different for every pokemon:
Dodrio: To take care of the nasty fighters
Raichu: Staller and good damage
Jungle Electrode: Great for Mono-Water decks or any other Mono
Electabuzz: Quick Damage
Jolteon: Good Damage

Your strategy is all pretty good except for Dodrio. Dodrio's attack costs
a whopping 3 energy and can do 60 damage ONCE. You should only use it for
its pokemon power. Just keep em on the bench. Since you'll only be using him
for his poke power he probably won't be K.O'd for awhile so make the ratio
for him 2-1. And use the two extra energies to add 2 more Lightning. Also I
think your Energy Removal would do better as just plain energy, so swap it
out for 2 Lightning energy.
