Hi My name is Kiet and I wanted to know if I should add the Charmander 
evolved forms to my deck.
And
if you think my deck needs ajusting Please tell me what cards to add in and 
what to take out. If you think it would be good to add Chairzard please tell 
me what card to take out.

<<Ok now, you need to make sure you make the quantity of most of your 
pokemon more then 1. Espeacially the ones that are used for evolutions. To 
do that you'll have to remove some cards and make more of some.>>

retrievals and since you have so many evolution sets get some finders and/or 
breeders.>>

  Well, it's a nice try but you need to make it much more reliable. IF you 
have only one of Stage 1 and basic pokemon used for an evolution set, you're 
bound to run into a pokemon shortage. Not only that but the pokemon you want 
to get out in play like Arcanine and Dewgong will almost never show. Also 
fire and water don't go well together (the reason being both types have high 
attack costs), so I would suggest mixing fire with lightning or grass. But 
if you wanna keep this deck (which I strongly suggest you don't) then maybe 
focus on the Seel to Dewgong and make the evolutions for Charizard. Dewgong 
can get some cheap but very effective attacks and Charizard can give a full 
blast of damage. If you do add these make sure you get some finders (like 
Comp. Search or Pok'e traders) and alot of Energy Retrievals. Hope this
