Hey, I have played this deck in a tourney. It was small but I got first with 
it. It did really well. Tell me what you think.

4 farfetchd
2 Chansey
1 Kangaskhan- He doesn't go too well with this deck because of his comet 
punch eating up so much energy so i use fetch to get that extra energy or 
buzz.
<<Hmmm interesting, maybe you should take out Kangaskhan and add another 
buzz.>>

3 Supers
3 Gusts
3 potions

thats it. These kind of decks intrigue me. I play it cuz I have followed the 
TCG stages through Magic and Star Wars and now pokemon. Using healthy decks 
gives me an edge along with my way of thinking.

Your deck looks great! You may want to swap out a Farfetch'd or two for 
Scyther. Scyther's a little better then Farfetch'd cause of his High HP and 
free retreat cost. Keep some of the 'fetch'd's for Leek Slap though. 
Trainers and energy are perfect! Keep up the good work.
