This deck does very well in tournys. It won me 1st
place out of 30 people once! Anywayz, I just wanted to
see if there is any way this deck could be better.

Kangashan is meant to stall and help me get through my
deck, while I pump up Venusaur and stack my bench with
pokemon that are all fully loaded!!! I can use pokemon
center to heal without wasting energy, because of
energy trans!!!

This deck needs almost no tuning! The only thing I would suggest is taking 
out 1 or 2 of the breeders and adding an Item finder or two. You'll need it 
for Full Heal as Vileplume can really get messed without it. This a well 
thought out deck and I want to congratulate you on a job well done!
