This deck need a total make-over. First of all you should keep the 
evolutions like this, for Stage 1 evolutions (like Vulpix to Ninetales) you 
should make it at least 2Vulpix's and 1Ninetales. And you don't want too 
many severe energy eaters so add some more of the Growlithe to Arcanine 
evolution and some magamars instead of the Vulpix to Ninetales evolution. 
You should also make this a mono-fire deck. Which means take out the 
Lightning cards and add Fire. As for the trainers, deffinatley add some 
Energy Retrievals, Bills and maybe an Oak or too. Also I would advise you to 
get some Pok'eballs and Pokemon Traders in there. Hope this helps and
