This deck is interesting, water and fire. Hmm, if this deck is that good I 
can make it unbeatable. First, dropthe switch and clefairy doll. These cards 
are not very helpful. I would drop either the Seels and Dewgong or the 
Gyarados and Magikarp(on second thought, drop the Seels and Dewgong). Now 
add 3 Bills an Oak or 2, also put in another CompSearch. I also think an 
Itemfinder would work well in this. Try that, I'm sure it'll help.
