This deck is decent but needs some work. I would shave off the Electric 
cards, since 3 colors doesn't work very well. I would make the energy ratio 
15 fire and 15 water. I would take out the Charizard and add 2 Bill, an Oak, 
  another Comp. Search and a Trader. You might want to expirement by 
shifting the blue Pokémon around a little, but this way it should be pretty 
stable.
