This deck looks pretty steady. The Pokémon seem pretty good set up, I would 
only get rid of the Zapdos if you start to have energy problems. Umm, I 
would take out 2 of the Traders and one Retrieval.
Then I would add another Search, an Oak and a Farfetch'd or 2. And if you 
have problem with the Electrics about killing themselves, remove a Scoop up 
and add a Potion or Superpotion.
