This guys a nut. Well, start by making all the 5 cards 
of one kind only four. Now, Drop 1 vupix, 1 ninetails, 1 charmeleon, 2 
energy removals, 2 of the gust of (gas?) wind. Now add 4 bills, 2 Oaks and 
another search. That will make it better, but not "decent".
