This deck really needs to cut down on Pokémon and add a good trainer base. 
First, drop all the Bulbasaurs, Ivysaurs, and Venusaur.
Next, get another Breeder, another Bill, 2 Oaks, some comp searches, and 
maybe some removals. As well, get some colorless Pokémon! Get about 2 or 3 
Farfetch'd and at least 1 Chansey.
