When I saw the name of this deck I thought " Oh boy, we got a live one 
here!!!! " Actually I like this deck alot.  I would only change a few 
things. First, get 3 or 4 Jynx, not just 2. Also lose one Voltorb and get 
another Electabuzz!  Also some how try and fit in a Chansey. Chanseys are a 
major part in any deck. For the trainers I would lose the full heals and 
drop all the regular ERs. Then add 4 Bills. Also sacrifice some electric 
energy to get in 2 Comp Searches. That's about it for this deck, OH! the 
name... I almost forgot. Hmm, I said it before I can't think of a name if my 
life depended on it. Well, try "Static Cling"........? I don't know!
