This deck I've heard of, never seen one. Venusaur+Charizard= Possibly good. 
The only problem I see in this deck is the lack of speedy trainers. Drop the 
Pokédex, 2 Retrievals, and about 2 energy of each color. Next, get another 
Computer Search, another Oak, another Bill,  2 Traders and a Breeder. Also I 
would drop 1 Farfetch'd and get another Chansey. Not only will Chansey be a 
good staller. He is a safe energy storage facility. With 120 HP, if he get's 
gusted out, he can last a while.
