Raindance decks are one of my favorites, I love the strategy, and they are one of the few decks that are effective against almost all decks. The only time I every get beat when using one is when my friend uses his electric grass (that was made just for my deck). Though mine doesn't use as many Pokémon, it's very similar to it. Ok, in this deck you'll need more energy than you have. I had trouble with 18 energy and I had just ľ of you Pokémon. Drop the 2 revives, 2 Clefairys, 2 Imposter Oaks, and 1 double colorless. Next, put in 1 Farfetch'd, 3 Bill, 3 Water energy.
