Has a very nice selection of trainers, the Pokémon are steady but could use some work, the energies seem right in order. First lets give the trainers go. I don't need to change much here, I would only try and fit in some Potions and Superpotions, and maybe get another Scoop Up. To make room, you could drop the Trader, maybe 1 GOW, or that Itemfinder. For the Pokémon, drop the Mewtwo. Running 4 Energy Removals, and 3 Super ERs, that Mewtwo won't be dealing much damage. What you need to do is get losts of colorless Psi-resistant Pokémon in here. Since Psi is Psi's weakness, you won't get swamped by another Psychic deck. I would add another Abra, lose the Clefairy, drop 1 Farfetch'd, get rid of 1 or 2 Psychic energy, get 1 or 2 Chansey, 2 more Double Colorless, Another Dragonair and Dratini if you can fit it. Try it like this and it will be a tough deck to beat.
