For this deck, one problem I see is not enough electric energy. That Zapdos 
is going to eat alot of it, so get in about 4 more, and drop 2 of the double 
colorless. Drop 1 SER, 1 Dratini, and 1 Pikachu. Add another Hitmonchan, 
drop 2 Fighting energy, get another Farfetch'd, and a Superpotion. Also, 
drop 1 trader and replace with a Comp Search. In my experience, Comp 
Searches do just as well and better than Traders. With a Search, you can get 
any card, not just an energy. You could get that much needed Breeder to get 
that Blastoise out. You could find a Double Colorless and give it to the 
scrunching Chansey to Double Edge and rap up the game. Plus, you could also 
get that Chansey you need to stall. Comp Searches will do just as good, and 
then some. But the only downside is that you have to discard. Traders let 
you take 1 Pokémon in your hand, put it in your deck, then take out another 
one. But, your opponenet gets to see both of those cards, I would take a 
Comp Search any day.
