This Raindance needs some work. First, you'll need another Squirtle, 
Wartortle, and another Blastoise. Drop the Seels and Dewgongs, and take your 
Pick between the Poliwrath set or the Gyarados and Karps. After you've done 
all of that, get some more trainers. Get 1 more breeder, another computer 
search, and about 2 more Oaks.
I would go with the Gyaradoses instead of the Poliwrath set. They have 
stronger attacks, and become stronger, faster. Plus Gyarados as a Stage 1, 
has more HP than the Stage 2 Poliwrath, and is Resistant to Fighting. My 
other Raindance Has Polis, but I've changed it since then.
