This deck is pretty good but does need quite alot of help. First, get 
another Raichu and add 2 Jungle Pikachu. Drop 1 Jolteon, 1 Fearow, 1 
Electrode,  and all the Trainers, we'll just start fresh there.
Add a Jungle Electrode, 2 Oak, 4 Bill, 2 Potion, 2 Computer Search, a SER 
and a Energy Retrieval. Electric decks are much more versatile now with the 
different level Pokémon. The Pikachu especially. You can have the originals, 
and the cool Jungle ones. Then you can evolve either one into Raichu. Later, 
there will be different level everythings!
