This deck is quite, well, interesting. Haven't seen a deck like his before,
and it'll be a challenge to fix it up! The Pokémon are well chosen. I don't
like the Nidoqueen much, never did (I thought that stupid "Boyfriends"
attack was a waste of attack space).
I'd just drop it and the Nidorinas, keep the Nidoran Fs. You might want to
use hat space for another Oddish, Gloom, and Vileplume, since they have the
capacity to very easily KO themselves. If you don't think you need it, save
that space ofr some more trainers, or if you want, even some more Grass
Pokémon such as a couple of Scythers or Pinsirs. For the trainers, keep 'em
all except the Poké Balls. Get 1 trader, a Comp search and 2 more Bills. The
energy is fine, though you might want to shift less psy and more grass, but
I don't see any real need to do it.
