You don't need much work on this deck.  Try the rule of 4 basic/2 or 3 stage 
1/1 or 2 stage 2.  It should help you draw the right evolutions.  With your 
Vulpix/Ninetails and your Magicarp/Gyarados, try to go 2 basic/1 stage 1.  
You need some card drawing.  Try to run 4 Bills and 2 or 3 Professor Oaks.
