This is a pretty good deck.  Like you said, it needs more energy.  Try around 
27 or 28 since you have fire pokemon.  Drop Pokedex and Potion.  Put in more 
card drawing.  Try 4 Bills and 2 or 3 Oaks.  You also might want a better 
staller like Chansey or Onix.  Just forget the Machoke/Machamp, and throw in
