This is a well-thought-out deck.  Good choices of pokemon.  You might want to 
try Squirtle and Blastoise with some more breeders.  You could drop 
Seel/Dewgong.  With Blastoise, you can pump your poliwrath up while you take 
their energy away.  I would play some bills and oaks so that you can draw 
cards.  I might play more Super Removals if you can get them in this deck.  I 
hope you keep winning with this deck.
