You need to drop the Magnemites and the Dratini/Dragonair line.  Instead, 
play one more Electabuzz and 3 more Farfetch'd.  The Far's will combat your 
weakness to fighting.  Drop the Defenders, the Potions, the Impostor, and the 
Pokeballs.  Instead play more Bill, some Professor Oak, more Energy Removal.  
This should help a lot.
