I assume you want to keep this deck colorless.  If so, take out the 
rattata/ratticate line.  They have low HP and are weak to fighting.  I'd run 
4 Dratini/2 or 3 Dragonair.  Dragonair is very good.  Play 4 Chanseys if you

Pidgey/Pidgeotto is a personal decision.  He's not bad, but sometimes

against fighting.  Play 4 if you have them.  Doduo is almost as good.  Play 
less of him.  DON'T PLAY PORYGON!!!!  He is VERY pointless.  You might want 
to play 2 or 3 oaks, and 1 or 2 more energy.  I would take out potions and 
Super potions for more energy removals and Super Energy Removals.  I like the 
gusts, poke traders, and switches.  You're well on your way to a good 
colorless deck.
