Well, you've got lots of colors, that's for sure.  It's pretty dangerous to 
play 3 colors and so many pokemon.  Try to follow the rule of 3 or 4 Basic/2 
or 3 stage 1/1 or 2 stage 2.  This will increase your chances of getting your 
evolutions out.  Drop the Seel/Dewgong and the Staryu/Starmie line.  They're 
not very good.  If you just have to play colorless pokemon, play Farfetch'd 
because of his resistance to fighting.  Also, Chansey is a great colorless 
with resistance to psychic if you need it.  You need more card drawing.  Try 
to play 4 Bills and 2 or 3 Professor Oaks.  This will allow you to draw the 
cards you need.  I hope you win some more tourneys with this help.
