You have a pretty good deck.  Just a few minor problems I see with it.  First 
off, you have way too much energy.  Try to trim it down to around 28.  Keep 
in mind that Growlithe and Ponyta are pretty bad pokemon.  You might want to 
try more Magmars.  You have a Haunter and no Gastly!!!!  What's up with that? 
 I would play 4 Jynx and maybe more Farfetch'd.  Take out the Super Potion.  
You need more card drawing...3 or 4 Bills and 2 or 3 Oaks.  Otherwise, good 
choices of pokemon and good concept.
