    This is a pretty good deck actually, but if you want to make it better
the first thing you should do is take out 2 poliwhirl, a wartortle, and 2
item finders and put in 4 pokemon breeders and a professor oak. Take out a
dewgong, seel, and a water energy, and put in 3 bills. Then take out another
water energy and put in another blastoise. Then take out the other 2 seels
and the dewgong and put in 2 dratini and a dragonair. Now take out another
water energy and put in a double colorless. This deck didn't need much help,
it was pretty good to begin with.
