Deck Name:
AllOfTheAbove
I use a different kind of deck from my collueges, using all types.
But the deck seems to work out very efficiently, as is has only lost 1 out of
ten battles on average. Still I could use some helpful advice. I damage the
opponent with pokemon like machop with a good ratio while building up strong
pokemon such as Charziard to efficiently kill the opponent.

THIS IS A LONG FIX.

I guess, I have to ask... why didn't you read the tips and suggestions that the deck mechanics have given in their garages? Out of the hundreds of deck fixes that have been posted by all of us, how come people like you are still sending in these awful decks? It's no wonder that Chippy and some of the others have "Thrashfests!" With material like this to work with, it's almost a crime not to slam it! I won't though--because I've a reputation for not actively trying to hurt peoples's feelings... but MAN! Do SOME of the work yourself! You guys aren't STUPID! I *KNOW* you can make a better deck than this!

You certianly do use a different approach than most people * I * know. In fact, most people * I * know would burst out laughing the first time they saw a deck like this. You have no concept of the mathematical probabilities of reliably getting your evolutions out, do you? Honestly, you have a good strategy--your deck could work; however, I seriously doubt your claim of winning 9 out of 10 games (unless the other kids decks are worse than this.) Also, you should take a look at S. Gerheart's PotPourri deck. Even he isn't nuts enough to build a 5 color deck.

Now on to the fix. Take out Kabuto, Kabutops, Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Venusaur, MewTwo and the lone psychic energy. Also remove the Growlithe, andArcanine. This opens up 11 slots, which we will use to even out your ratios and beef up your evolution lines. We will get to your trainers later.

At this point, add: 2 Machop, 1 Machoke, 2 Vulpix, 1 Ninetales, 2 Charmander, and 1 Charmeleon.

Where does this put us? For your Pokémon you no longer have 5 colors, you have 3. In fact, you could remove Psyduck, except that he comes in handy when you are trying to keep your opponent from laying those pesky trainer cards. Your evolutions have been evened out, and they make more sence. I left in your Charizard, not because it is useful, but because I figure if you liked it enough to put it in there, you might as well show it off.

Let's move on to the trainers. I'm going to say this nicely. Unless these were the only trainers you had, you must have been huffing paint fumes when you built this deck. Why did you put these in? Why don't you have any Bills, Professor Oaks, Switches???? Take out all these garbage trainers!
Add: 4 Switch, 4 Gust of Wind, 3 Bill, 2 Professor Oak, 2 Energy Retrieval, and 3 Pokémon Traders.

Now, you have 19 spaces left for energies. Make 4 of them be Water, 8 be fighting, and 8 be fire. You can play the deck a little bit to decide if that will be enough energy. It is definitely more than you had to begin with.

Like I said at the top. I'm sure that with just a LITTLE time and effort you could have made a better deck all by yourself! Read strategy articles, buy gaming magazines like Pojo's Pokémon guide, or Scrye, or Beckket... read the articles there. Check out the mechanics previous fixes and take ideas from there... you can do it yourself if you really try.
