Hey Dewgong.  This deck looks like a raindance deck.  If it is, add more 
computer searches and traders, so that blastoise can get out faster, and 
then some more professor oaks to get the energy.  Try for a 4-3-2/4-2-1 or 
3-2 on your families to help get them out quicker.
    Also, add more energy, and take out the potions,  because if your deck 
gets fast enough, you won't need to worry about healing.  This deck is worth 
it, because RainDance decks win about 40% of the turneys that I know of.
