Don't diss girls.  Trust me.  If you are a guy, you will never hear then end 
of it.  I still hear things that happened 2 years ago.  Eck...
   As for the deck, with the limited card pool that we have, a colorless 
just doesn't have the power to win.  There really are not that many powerful 
or real good cards to take advantage of.  The only four I can think of is 
the Dratini family, Farfetch'd, and Chansey.  You just need more than these 
to make a good deck.
   Even with the appearence of psychic doesn't help.  It would better be a 
psychic base, with some colorless support instead.  Doing this will help 
define your deck better and give it more power as to now you have a focus.  
I would go into what each color is good for, but many people have already 
done that in the strategy section.  Go there if you are interested.
   The trainers are another story.  You don't have enough energy removal for 
it to be of any real help, so take it out to free up some card slots.  The 
clefairy dolls don't really help.  Some people seem to like the clefairy 
doll, used as a stalling technique, but it really does not help.  Take them 
out also.  You have the card drawing, which is good.
   I just saw another flaw.  Unlike Magic, you need more than a third 
energy.  Energy is so essential in this game, that you need to draw much 
more so you can actually do attacks and other things.  You probably went 
through some games when you just wished you got an energy card, but never 
did.  A good number of energy for begginers is 25-28 energy.
   Good luck in making a new deck.  Pick which colors that you like best and 
work with them.  Don't make colorless the center.  And most of all, if you 
are a boy, make sure that you don't call her an idiot, or other such names.  
They have such incredible memory, it amazes me.  She'll remember it until 
the universe dies.  Trust me.  Just keep the comments to yourself.
