I would cut down on the voltorb family, maybe to 3-2.  I would use that 
extra room to add your stallers...  Or other cards.  I would also add just 
one more Machop, to make it 4-2-1.  Just add some stallers to help and more 
heavy hitters, like maybe Hitmonchan.  Card drawing power would be good 
also.
