Congrats on winning the turney.  This isn't a bad deck at all.  The only 
thing I would change is I would fix the squirtle family.  You might have to 
take out the dratini family to do it, but your deck will pull Blastoise out 
much better.  Add a few traders, mix well, and your deck will be great.
