Hey, sorry to hear about you losing streak.  Things like that happen to some 
good decks.  I hope it never happens to mine.  So, to help keep that from 
happening again, I decided to help fix this deck.  Wait...who the hell am I 
kidding, I'm bored.  I woulda helped this deck if it had all 5 colors(like 
one i did today, a must read).  Let's take a look.
   You have some card drawing power, but I think you need to add 2 more 
Bills.  The biggest problem I see, along with many other decks that I have 
reviewed, is that you people think that trainers are just some spice, just 
throw some cards together and it'll work.  I've seen some decks play with 
one of every trainer.  Trainers are a crucial part of every deck.  They help 
refine and theme the deck as much as the pokemon itself do.  You need to 
focus, focus, focus.  Would you play one of each red instant in magic? No, 
because that's foolhardy.  When you do decide which trainers, put in more 
than one, that way you can draw them when needed.  That's what you need to 
do here.  I would pick a theme like super speed(pluspowers + gusts of wind) 
or removal (energy removal + super energy removal) or another.  To help with 
the overall speed, throw in more traders to get Machamp and Raichu out.  
That's what this deck really needs is trainer redefinition(big word. 
hehehe).  If you do this, your deck should do much better.
