Not that bad of a deck.  Here are some changes I think would make it better.
1. Card Drawing Please- More oaks & bills.  Run about 4 bills and 2-3 oaks.  
That is good number.
2. Either Dewgong or Gyrados- With 2 colors, I think Dewgong will be much 
better, cause of the colorless in the attacks.
3. Yes or no Removal- 1 Energy Removal and 1 Super Energy Removal ain't 
gonna help.  Either Pick removal and put more in, or take them out.
Otherwise not that bad.  Try somemore Hitmonchans if you can, and maybe a 
little more fighting energy.  Keeps up the work.  The deck looks great.
