This deck is really diverse.  I don't think it's missing a single pokemon of 
the colors except for the magikarp family.  Nice choice going with dewgong.  
If you play a mono-blue deck...go for gyrados, otherwise go for Dewgong, 
which you did.  I would stick in some traders to get the crucial pokemon 
when you need it.  Also, try funneling some families, like 4-2-1.  You 
usually get the pokemon out faster.  Nice idea though.
