I thought up of a deck like the Mulligan Mewtwo, but it has Mr. Mimes. It's
like this...

2x Mr. Mime / 2x Mewtwo / 1x Mr. Mime, 1x Mewtwo (Either Combination)
38x Psychic Energy
4x Full Heal (So Mr. Mime can use his Pokepower and Mewtwo can use barrier)
4x Imposter Professor Oak (This deck is made to deck your opponent)
2x Revive (To bring back the Pokemon in the highly rare chance you'll get
caught basicless)
4x Potion (Self-explanitory)
4x Item finder (In case you need a trainer back)
2x Computer Search (In case you need to get a basic or Revive or anything
else)

This deck can be called the Mulligan Mr. Mime, Mulligan Mewtwo #2, or the
Mulligan Mr. Mewtwo.

Interesting variant on the Mulligan Mewtwo deck.  There is a fault, however. 
  The first one is that word is going around to all of the places holding 
tournies.  Because many average players fear this deck, they started to make 
a rule(I don't know if it is DCI sanctioned yet) that after so many 
mulligans, your opp. gets to draw goal cards for the mulligan instead of 
their library.  That could be troublesome.  Second, Mr. Mime can only stall 
for 2 turns, 4 max unless the other pokemon is a big one.  So instead of all 
of the useless cards(like some of the searches and potions.  It doesn't work 
in the mulligan deck) put in switches.  That way when you have more than 1 
basic in play, like Mr. Mime and Mewtwo, you can switch between them so that 
you can use their powers effectively.  Third, most mulligan decks need more 
energy than 38.  I usually see winning ones have 39-40.  Just watch out for 
experienced players.  If you go first, you could get screwed.  You could add 
Maintenence to fight off that problem, though.
