This isn't pretty bad for raindance, but you need to get on the focus more.  
4 Oaks, Computer Searches, and more.  You don't really need gust, I don't 
think, and you could take out the Dratini family to make room.  You are just 
trying to cover everything, and doing so doesn't make it as optimized as it 
should be.  remember, the focus is to get Blastoise out as soon as 
possible,and then Oak right afterwards, to get the water energy.
