Hiya Chipmunk. I basiclly sent my deck to you so I could get the most
criticism possible ;-). I've played this deck at the Pokemon League and
am 9-2 with it. I would really like to know if you could help me with

I didn't put in a Blastoise because I REALLY don't like that card. He
is excellent for mono water decks but Wartortle can do almost just as
much damage for 1 Water and 1 double colorless. I used to have 2
Chanseys in there but someone stole it (I'm trying to get another one)
so please tell me what I can do with this deck. Thanks!

Not that bad.  You might want to make these changes.  Add another Seel.  Add 
Oaks and Traders.  Take out the Super Potions and maybe 1 energy to open 
card slots.  I understand about Blastoise.  That was a good call right 
there, although if your deck becomes more focused on water, you might 
eventually want to put him in.
