Not that bad of a deck, but it needs a tad bit of improvement.  With Raichu 
and Zapdos, your deck probably is going to need a little more energy.  Card 
drawing will be great in this deck, so if you can find room, add either Oaks 
and/or Bills.  That way you can get more of a Jump-Start.
   An idea for room if you need if is the Eevee family.  Out of all of the 
families in the deck, this one seems the weakest.  If you take them out, 
that's 5 slots that could be used for other cards.
   And you own a Charizard?  The card, or an actual one?  If it's a real 
one, where can I get one?  I think it would be cool running around with a 
little dragon of my own.
