This is CoolCow and after i got your advice i changed my Alakazam/Venusaur 
deck and i wanted your thoughts on it.

2 Alakazam
2 Mr. Mime
3 Chansey
2 Farfetch'd (I'm not sure about these so tell me if they help or suggest 
other cards)

Trainers 13:

3 Bill
2 Proffesor Oak
4 Pokemon Center
2 Pokemon Traders
2 Double Colorless Energy

This deck is getting very good.  Since you are already playing plant, you 
could try Scyther instead of Farfetch'd.  I would just add 1-2 more D.C. 
energy if you do so.  Doing 60 second turn is gooooooood.  Chansey Transfer 
deck?  How about just a Transfer deck?  All of these deck names are cool, 
but it gets annoying repeating the names of long deck names over and over.  
Short and Simple are usualy the best ones.  Or the name of a key card.  Like 
in magic.  Control decks, Sligh decks, Necro decks.  The names are short and 
sweet.  I'm even trying to find a better name instead of Hiyro-Shoten-Ha 
deck.
