Hello here is my deck.

2 Scyther
4 Abra
3 Kadabra
2 Alakazam
3 Chansey
4 Bulbasaur
3 Ivysaur
2 Venusaur

3 Pokemon Trader
2 Computer Search
2 Pokemon Breeder
3 Pokemon Center

17 Green Energy
10 Purple Energy

The idea is to get out Venusaur or Scyther as the active pokemon, with 
Alakazam moving damage to Chansey on the bench. The pokemon centers work 
good alongside Alakazam and Venusaur to remove damage without losing enegy. 
And the Traders, Computer Searches and Breeders
are to ensure i get out the cards i want. So is this deck tournament ready 
or can you help with a tune-up? Please reply if possible. :)

This deck is pretty good and already tourny worthy, but there can be some 
tweaking to be done.  First, Double Colorless Energy.  You have both Chansey 
and Scyther that can severly abuse D.C. energy, and Alakazam and Venusaur 
have a high retreat cost, so you can use them for speed retreating.  Try to 
find some room to put them in.
   Second, if you can find a way, add card drawing.  A few Oaks can do 
wonders to this deck when it comes to speed.  You might also try adding 
another Scyther while you are at it.  60 damage 2nd turn is awesome.
   If you are looking for cards to take out, the first card I would yank is 
the breeder or a few middle evolves.  You have enough of the middle evolves 
that breeder buys you maybe a turn, and really isn't that powerful unless 
you pull Alakazam out that way.  Take a few middles out or the Breeders and 
you got something to work with on the card slots.
