Name it Turbo Effects deck.  You don't need the super potions, so take them 
out and ADD CARD DRAWING!  You also need more basics.  I would try to take 
out alot of the trainers, add Item Finder and Comp. Search, take out the 
breeder, and add good basics.  If you are lacking, add Koffing.  He is great 
and isn't rare.
